Event ID 677: Service Ticket Request Failed

Ever since I built an new Windows 2003 ISA server I keep getting these
error on the Windows 2000 Server DC.

Service Ticket Request Failed:
User Name:
User Domain:
Service Name:
Ticket Options: 0x40830000
Failure Code: 0x29
Client Address: 10.xx.xx.43

The failure code is whats vex's me. I cant find anything on the
interweb tubes about it. Does anyone have any idea's? It logs an event
every 2 or 3 mins.
