Event ID 5504

I have been trying to stop event ID 5504 from coming up. I have cleared the
cache, installed a hotfix, tried stopping the IP address at the firewall, and
a few other things. They just keep coming. Anything else I can do to get them
to stop?

I don't know this error, but you could review what others have done to help
resolve this issue.

I've seen that. Unfortunately, I don't have a subscription to the web site,
and the links can't be looked at without one.

I think the feedback on that link are pretty self-explanatory. But, if you
really have to go to the references, just do this:

If the link says M12345, then that means it's MS KB12345, which you can get
to at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/12345.
