The DNS server received a bad TCP-based DNS message from
192.x.x.x. <----(our primary dns) The packet was rejected
or ignored.

OK we have two dns servers.. One is our Primary, and it
replicates over to this backup dns server just for a
saftynet. The dns info seems to be replicating just
fine. For example, if i go add a new entry into the
primary, it shows up on this backup one shortly. However,
this backup one keeps giving this error in the event
viewer over and over. I cannot find any info with a
google search or on MS kb's.. So I am trying here.

I found this at http://www.eventid.net:

Event ID: 5502
Source DNS
Type Warning

Description The DNS server received a bad TCP-based DNS
message from <ip address>. The packet was rejected or
ignored.

Comments
A Win2000 Server running the DNS Server generates this
message after a TCP connection on the DNS port terminates
unexpectedly. Usually it can be ignored, since it should
not mean that your server has any kind of problem.

Went to "Search Events" and put in "5502" for the ID #.

Hope that helps.
