event id 54, source tcpip???

We received multiple entries of an event id 54 error. I am not able to find
any support on this on Technet or Goggle. Has anyone seen this type of
error before? If so, any assistance or direction for troubleshooting would
be appreciated.

The description for Event ID ( 54 ) in Source ( Tcpip ) cannot be found. The
local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message
DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use
the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for
details. The following information is part of the event: \Device\Udp.
