I keep getting this error on my Win2k server SP3

HPLJ8150.CFG, HPCDMC32.DLL, HPBAFD32.DLL, HPBMMON.DLL, HPDOMON.DLL,
HPBHEALR.DLL, HPNRA.EXE, HPBOID.EXE, HPBPRO.EXE, HPPAPML0.EXE, HPBNRAC2.DLL,
HPBMIAPI.DLL, HPBOIDPS.DLL, HPBPROPS.DLL, HPJIPX1U.DLL, HPPASNM0.DLL,

I also recive similar messages about HP LJ 8100, 8150, and 4600
All the printers have jetdirect cards in them and the server acts as a print
server
