I found this Error. What's to do for this?

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: NtFrs
Event Category: None
Event ID: 13565
Date: 22/8/2546
Time: 13:37:11
User: N/A
Computer: FS1
Description:
File Replication Service is initializing the system volume
with data from another domain controller. Computer FS1
cannot become a domain controller until this process is
complete. The system volume will then be shared as SYSVOL.

To check for the SYSVOL share, at the command prompt,
type:
net share

When File Replication Service completes the initialization
process, the SYSVOL share will appear.

The initialization of the system volume can take some
time. The time is dependent on the amount of data in the
system volume, the availability of other domain
controllers, and the replication interval between domain
controllers.

It seems to be warning you that server FS1 does not have a Sysvol share. Did
you run net share like the message asks?

Dear Simon

Yes I run net share. I don't seen any SYSVOL on the
FS1 Server? Is it serious problem and Please tell me how
to fix it?

If the FS1 server is a domain controller then yes this is a serious problem.
DC's cannot function properly without the Sysvol share. Many things could
cause this problem but you should read this KB which walks you through the
troubleshooting steps.

That is right. If the server hasn't finished sourcing SYSVOL contents from
another Domain Controller then it will not function as a domain controller
for several things (including authentication) which is something you should
address. The best place to start is checking FRS dependencies (network
connectivity, name resolution - DNS, and Active Directory replication).

If you are getting errors in your Directory Services log you may have an
Active Directory replication problem which should be addressed prior to even
looking into FRS. Also, what other Event ID messages do you see in the FRS
event log apart from the 13565 message?

The article Simon mentioned is a good general article for FRS
troubleshooting so take a look at that as well.
