Event ID 1030 and 40961

Can't figure out why we are getting these on multiple machine about every
1:30 hours.

Everything found talks about W2K3. We are W2K AD with XP Pro.

Any Ideas?

Event ID 1030
Windows cannot query for the list of Group Policy objects. A message that
describes the reason for this was previously logged by the policy engine.

Event ID 40961
The Security System could not establish a secured connection with the server
ldap/DC2.XYZ.com/[email protected]. No authentication protocol was available.

Could be DNS issue. Can you resolve your domain name from the computers in
question? Or there may be a policy configured to require a secure connection
but not configured correctly on the workstations.
