Dr. Sysop

In my event viewer i keep getting this error.

The server {F3A614DC-ABE0-11D2-A441-00C04F795683} did not register with DCOM
within the required timeout.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

iit seems this is part of windows messenger goes to c:\program
files\messenger I have this disabled from booting when i start windoes & in
computer managment messenger service is off. will this cause a DCOM error?

How can I fix this?
