Windows cannot unload your registry file. Microsoft states
that a fix is available for this problem, however when I
tried to contact them via online support I was told the
version of windows is OEM and only supported by the OEM
manufacturer. My pc was made by a company called Trademark
and when I contacted them I was told only Microsoft has
the patch. Does anyone know how to get this patch?

Try this available free installable service. Works wonders for the
vast majority and can indicate if you have a particular app that
nearly always is the cause of the problem.

Have you applied Service Pack 4? If not, try that first.

Yes, I did all of the updates available from Microsoft. I
did find a Tech note from Microsoft stating this to be a
problem and that there is a fix. The only problem is they
do not publish it, they say to contact them. I thought
maybe someone may have it.
Thanks
Bill

This worked great. I was able to get the network services
started and after checking the App log, I see it is
releasing his profile. Thanks everyone for the help
