Event 1202 code 0xb

This message appears in Application Log every 2 hours. I can't find any
description about code "0xb". How can I solve this issue? Thanks.

introuble

Cause: file "secedit.sdb" was corrupted and has size 0. After restoring this
file from backup - system becomes OK. I hope so.
