Even more problems

Any time I try to play a game it runs for a couple of
minutes then stops and goes to windows or restarts the CPU.
Even when other installations or a program like NAVirus
it will ocasionally stop with some error message.

amd xp 3200+
soyo ck8 dragon plus M/B
geforce fx video
1g ram

I'd run your anti-virus software with the latest definitions against your
system, Kevin. If you're also running Norton while attempting to play
games, that may also be the problem, but first make sure your system is
clean.
