EULA Keeps popping up

I have some users that have a problem with the EULA window
popping up every time the open Outlook 2000. If you
accept it just comes back the next time you start the
program.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Robert-

I have done that, that is actually one of the last steps I
take when setting up a PC is to open Outlook and accept
the license and let Windows installer run the final tasks
because our users do not have admin rights so it will
error if you do not. Anything else it might be?
