ETL using MS Access

Access used to have a tool/ service that enabled ETL of data from various
sources.
It had a wonderful utility to map to various sources (Excel, SQL Server,
Oracle etc) and a utility to transform data and then to write it to any
destination.

Is that feature now no longer available ? If it is where is it in Access 3.0 ?
