Establishing Trust Relationship between Windows 2000 domain

Hello all,

Working on establishing a Trust link between two Windows 2000 domains in a
separate Forest. I can ping private IP addresses from both domains, can map a
drive but when try to establish a trust between two domains, get an error
message that domain cannot be contacted. I feel it is a DNS issue, unless I’m
completely wrong but cannot pin point the problem. If anyone knows a solution
for this issue, I greatly appreciate your help.

To create trust each domain must be able to resolve the other, this can be
done in Win2k using secondary zones.

Hello Kevin,

As per your recommendation, I configured Secondary zone and was able to
establish external Trust relationship between two domains but I still can not
see remote network in "Entire Network".What is missing?
