The movie "Lean on Me" was about a new principal coming into a troubled
school, Eastside High who test scores were very low and the students were
troubled and not trying in school. The principal, Joe Clark was a very
demanding and non-tolertae man who was determined to make make it more
school-spirted, a better and safer enviroment, achieve to make the test
scores higher then ever. Mr. Clark taught the students to be a better
person, try hard, and the key success to life: self-discipline. Several
adults had a problem with Mr. Clark becoming the new principal because of
his ways or should I say changes. Through the changes Mr. Clark established
the school became way better and a very safe enviroment and also the
students test scores were changed in a very tremendous way! Not only did Mr.
Clark change the people around him but himself also changed in a good way.
So if I had to compare myself with characters it would haft to be Thomas Sam
and Ms. Lebice. Sam because he kept it real he changed but only changed for
the best and not to be like someone else. Ms. Lebice she wasn't getting
apprecited for what she did at school and at home with me I feel like I do a
lot and I never get credited for it. The movie is a very inspiring and sets
a example of being the best person you can ever be and most of all
dictatorship.

Shalyn,

Ummm, couple of things here...

1. This is a Microsoft Access newsgroup so if you meant to submit this
report to your teacher you missed the mark. You have posted this to a BUNCH
of unrelated newsgroups and we are not amused.

2. I HOPE you are planning to do a wee bit more research. I have second
hand knowledge of this man having been in New York at the time and working
with and in the schools. Your report is lacking. You can start here...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lean_on_Me_(film) However, the film was
*glamorized* for films sake.
