errors detected

I am recieving my emails but I cannot delete them or move them to another
folder. If I try I get a message that there is an error in the .pst file. I
have run scanpst.exe several times. I reloaded the applications, I bought new
scanning software to find the problem -- no luck -- how can I fix this

The version of Outlook is?
The size of the data file?
What scanning software was purchased?
Are other apps ok?
