errors after downloading

good news, it removed all of spyware I had been working
to remove for weeks through various other programs.

However - it gave me a lot of trouble.

OK error # 1 Message

"Error loading C:\PROGRA~1\NEWDOT~1\NEWDOT~2.dll
The specified module could not be found."

This is only after rebooting post installation of
microsoft spyware.

Also I cannot open my firewall. I get this message...

"windows firewall settings cannot be displayed because
the assosiated service is not running. Do you want to
start the Windows Fireall/Internet Connection Sharing
(ICS) service? And I click yes and it says couldn't
connect to their server."

I have a dell microsoft xp computer using SP-2

Please please help - this is big trouble for me!

For the record, other posts have already stated the
answers to your problems.

1) Try removing the product, rebooting, then re-
installing.

2) At a command prompt, use "netsh winsock reset"
(without quotes) to gain control of your firewall.

Any further clarification required? Read the other posts.

If your running msconfig turn it to normal startup.
