Error while trying to run project: Unable to start debugging.

Using a brand new compact framework window app. I get
this message right after the "Launching Application"
message.
Launching Application
Error while trying to run project: Unable to start
debugging.

Unable to start program 'C:\PROJECTS\FieldMaster 3.0
\XML_Import2\XML_Import2\bin\Debug\XML_Import2.exe'.

This only happens in debug mode and I am deploying to a
Pocket PC 2002 emulator. I was able to debug successfully
on the same machine and just started getting this error.

Is the program still running on the emulator? You can tell by going to
Start->Settings->System->Memory->Running Programs.

You could also shut down the emulator ( choose no when asked whether or not
to save state ), and re-try it. If that doesn't work, please let me know.
