Error While send mails using macros enabled excel File..

[Outlook 2003 SP3]

Hi,

We have designed our own macro templete to send mails to multiple clients at
one shot.. Recently our service desk department upgraded of Office 2003 SP2
to SP3.. After SP3 update Outlook considering that Macro enabled Excel file
as Virus contains file.

Now the issue is while send mails using macros enabled file we need to press
"Yes" button everytime.. If we are sending mails to 300 clients we need to
press "Yes" button 300 times..

Please suggest me how to resolve this issue...
