yes as far as I know I am I am the only one with the adminstrator account.
How would I find out for sure? I know when I go to control panel and look
into my accounts I am the only administrator on this computer.

When you go to the Control panel/User Account and look at each account.
you should see at least two users listed as "Computer administrator".

One of the accounts should be your personal account and is the one
you normally use to logon with, the other account should have the
name "Administrator".

You personal account should be "Password protected", by default
the account named "Administrator" has no password.

If none of the accounts have a password then the scheduler will fail.
For more info see:
Fix for Error 0×80070005 when creating a Task using Task Scheduler in
Windows XP

If you are using the account named "Administrator" for your every day
use then I would suggest creating a second account and give it
administrator privileges. Use the new account for daily use as the
"Administrator" is there as a failsafe in case of problems.

If the above solves you problem and you do create another account
with a password and you need to migrate all your personal info to
the new account let me know.
