Error when receiving messages in Outlook

I received an error message while in my email, which is Outlook. The message
was "Object required: 'objArrayPOPServer'" Code: 800A01A8 Source: Microsoft
VBScript runtime error. Any idea what I need to do? My previous action had
been to send a rather large email to several of my friends.
