Error when launching add/remove windows components

Hello,

I am running Win XP Home SP 1. When I try to open
add/remove windows components, I receive the fillowing error:

"Setup library fxsocm.dll could not be loaded, or function
FaxOcmSetupProc could not be found.

Contact your system administrator. The specific code is 0x7e."

I need to fic this to change some settings in order to
print from a non-windows laptop. Any help with this would
be greatly appriciated.

Hi,

Please follow the steps. Close all instances of IE and the Control Panel
windows.

1. Click Start -> Run
2. Type "regsvr32 C:\WINDOWS\system32\Setup\fxsocm.dll".
3. You should get a message "DllRegisterServer in
C:\WINDOWS\system32\Setup\fxsocm.dll succeeded."
4. Click OK
5. Try opening the Add/Remove programs
