Error "the system cannot find the path specified"

I installed Desktop QFE Installer Tool 1.0 in my XPE image.
After I tried to patch the embedded system with Windows XP Pro QFEs with the
following result:

WindowsXP-KB840374-x86-ENU.EXE --> OK
WindowsXP-KB839643-x86-ENU.EXE --> OK
WindowsXP-KB841873-x86-enu.exe --> Error "the system cannot find the path
specified"
WindowsXP-KB839645-x86-enu.exe --> Error "the system cannot find the path
specified"
WindowsXP-KB840315-x86-enu.exe --> Error "the system cannot find the path
specified"
Windows-KB870669-x86-ENU.exe --> OK
IE6[1].0sp1-KB867801-x86-ENU.exe --> OK


Could anyone explain me the error "the system cannot find the path
specified" for QFE KB841873,KB839645,KB840315.

Not to mention that there have been some issues recently discovered and discussed in this NG regarding the QFE Installer Tool and
some MS QFEs.
But you can easy find out what's missing if you run FileMon (www.sysinternals.com) during the install. It should show you what files
cannot be found/open.
