Error The Port information cannot be saved

My customer is trying to set up remote access on a Win
2000 box.

Demand Dial Routing Connections (inbound / outbound) is
already enabled.

Trying to turn on Remote Access Connections(Inbound).The
following error occurs:

"The port information cannot be saved. Trying to
configure the Dial up modem to allow remote access.Cannot
complete this function (800703EB)"

The modem is using COM3. It is a HSP56 Micro Modem.

Hi Please see my post from:

The solution is to, do what you did (including installing the new modem
drivers) from the console, instead of through TS window etc.
