Error Starting Internet Explorer

Hell

I have Win 98 installed on my computer and I used PestPatrol to remove spyware adware

Now Internet Explorer does not start
It gives the following error

Microsoft Internet Explorer has encountered a problem
and needs to clos

The error report refers to the ModName: mshtml.dl
offset 0019b23

Pls help me

I do not wish to format my computer again :-
