Error Sending Meeting request...HELP

Running Outlook 2003 on Exchange 2000 server.

This message could not be sent. Try sending the message again later, or
contact your network administrator. The client operation failed. Error is
[0x80004005-0x80004005-0x000501].

I'm receiving the exact same error codes when trying to send a simple email,
even back to myself. No recipients are working for me. However, important
to note, I have 3 systems in the office that are logged into the same
mailbox. Only one of them is having this problem. I've deleted and
recreated the profile, repaired Office, even removed and reinstalled Office
completely. Still no luck. I'm fairly sure this is a problem with the
client (or local system) but I'm lost to find a resolution so far.
