error rundll

Been bugging me for ages.....I seem to have an error that comes up every time a turn on my computer. It happens on desktop and the message is in a box that says, RUNDLL error loading c:\windows\bxxs5.dll ,cannot load specific module.
Can anyone please tell me how to fix this problem????

I have the same message popping up. Will running pestpatrol clear the problem up? do i have a bug? could i have gotten a bug because my son sometimes disables Norton Anti Virus when he's on the computer?
