error report everytime I need to access my photos

Whenever I try to view my photos or attach them to email, or try to access
them from myspace or ebay i get a box saying we have encountered a problem. I
then get the option to send an error report and the page shuts down. Please
could some one advise me what to do as it is SO irritating! I have some
things to sell on ebay and I cannot because of this problem
