Error received when using modem

I have a compter that is giving me a strange error when connected to the
internet via dialup. the error is "the service profile is damaged Reinstall
the service profile". I am using IE7. I believe that the problem is with
IE7 but am not sure because all my searches for this error so far have
returned that this is a 9x/me problem and not a XP problem. I am considering
reinstalling IE7 to see if it fixes it but I am not sure if it is the
problem, or if it is a problem with the modem, or even the phone company. I
will include the log of the error below, thanks, bryan.
