Error Reads, '0x80040111'

"Task 'Hotmail: Folder:Inbox Synchronizing headers.' reported error
*0x80040111* : An unknown error has occurred. Please save any existing work
and restart the program."

I have recently upgraded to Msn plus to access my e-mail through outlook
2003 however am still receiving the same error when attempting to synchronize.
I am also unable to send e-mails via outlook as it reports an error also and
asks me to contact my administration. Hotmail have sent me to you people as
they say they cannot help with this error.
I recently installed some software for my Pda which synchronizes with
Outlook however I was having this problem before I installed that software.
Could that have been affecting it too?
Can anyone help?

I have had the exact same problem,
Was working up untill a week ago, but now I have the same error message and
the same reply from MSN - But i am unsure how to fix it!
