Error popup when try to access Business Contacts

I am trying to get use to using Business Contact Manager. When I try to open
a business contact I get an immediate message that reads: "The custome form
could not be opened. Outlook will use an Outlook form instead."

This error has been documented a lot in this group, try searching for Form in
this discussion group, there's even a MSFT KB on it.
