ERROR please help

I have remote users who connect to a TS server via a point-
to-point T1 with Cisco routers at each end. When they
attempt to login they get the following error message:

"Because of a network error, the session will be
disconnected. Please try to reconnect."

When they try again they get this error message:

"The Terminal server has ended the connection."

We are not experiencing any other network problems between
the two locations. I have restarted the routers, the
workstations, and the Terminal server to no avail. I can
log on to TS locally using their logon IDs.

PLEASE HELP!

Thanks in advance,

Emjay

Can you login using a TS client that is not going thru the T1\Cisco routers?
If so then trying modifing the MTU size on a client machine that is over the
T1
