error on startup photo gallery

On the startup screen I have a message saying photo gallery file cannot be
found and to try to look for the file, This is after a pc recovery so it
looks as though it has not installed the file please help I do not
particularly want HP photo gallery anyway, but I cannot seem to delete this
message without ctrl alt del, it would not be a problem but it interferes
with my anti virus programme at startup

You can use the Add or Remove Programs feature in Control Panel to remove
the Photo Gallery.
