Error on start up

T

Terry

I recently started getting the error message:
764qttask.exe.-No Disk
There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into
drive\Device\Harddisk1\DR2
What could be causing this problem???

Hi Terry,

Start/run msconfig, go to the startup tab and disable the QuickTime entries.
You can still use it, but there is no reason for it to load into memory at
boot like it is now.
