Hi,

I can't sent out emails using Windows Mail.

The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'Re: ', Account: ' ',
Server: 'SMTP-proxy.tm.net.my', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 587, Secure(SSL): No,
Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Can someone please help?

With the same server? If not, right click on your error message and copy
it to your next message and we'll look for details that don't match and
see if they suggest a solution for you.

Are you sure that mail provider supports port 587?
I can't seem to find their email setup instructions.
