error msge in statusbar

Hi all
When viewing MS Public Windows XP General Newsgroup. I have all day been
getting an error message in the status bar stating there is a page error and
it gives a line number where the error is and that the page will not show
correctly. Can anyone tell me what this means and how (if possible) to
rectify it.
