error messge

I receive the following message when I go to open Outlook
2002 (I recently copied it from a previous installation)
The add-in "C:\windows\system\ActExt.dll could not be
installed or loaded. Problem may be resolve by using
Detect and Repair on the Hlep menu. Unable to
load "C:\windows\system\ActExt.dll youmay be out of
memory, out of system resources, or missing a .dll file.

I ran detect and repair--nothing happened. I checked
theadd-in list and the actext.ll was not on it. How can I
restore this file or keep the error message from
reoccuring? Thank you.

With Outlook closed search and delete a file called extend.dat, the dll
referenced is Norton's file I believe.
