Error Messages

When my desktop is displayed during start-up I receive
the following error message: "Memory access violation in
module kernel32 at 1317:52676271." Also, I tried to
download Microsoft Service Pack 1 (SP1) and received a
message relating to the running of the cryptographic
service. Need help in resolving these issues.

Hi,

Enable the Cryptographic service:

1. Click Start and then click Run.
2. Type Services.msc and click OK.
3. Scroll down to find Cryptographic service. Right-click
on it.
4. Ensure that Automatic or Manual is selected in the drop-
down.
5. Click Start button to enable the service.

Thanks,

I am having the same memory access violation in module
kernel 32 error message and it only started in the last
couple of weeks. Have searched all the Self Help
resources I can find and have come up with nothing.
Did you happen to discover the solution to this message?
