Error messages and asking for product key on powerpoint 2007

N

Nuno Costa

i'm having a problem between powerpoint and a specific sharp copier. Every
time i select this sharp as default printer, on windows xp, sometimes,
opening the powerpoint, asks for product key or starts to install, like if it
is the first time i run powerpoint. If i select other printer as default, i
dont' have any problem.
I've resolved other problem between sharp copiers and powerpoint, that i'd
to reinstall the drivers.
I'm trying to test with other drivers and see what's happened...

Anyone had problems like this one?

Hi,

Haven't seen/ heard of it. It is like as if PowerPoint is trying to install
something and believes it is doing it for the first time. Is your
installation activated correctly and are the features set to "Run from my
Computer"? What version of PowerPoint do you have?
