error message

I have begun receiving an error message that "itchfltr.sys" cannot be found.
If I simply cancel, everything seems to work ok. I have a MS Wireless
Keyboard 1.0A and a MS Wireless Laser Mouse 6000 installed. The software I
received and installed was IntelliType Pro 5.5. The folder in Program files
indicates that I have 5.4 installed but the Add/Remove menu indicates it is
5.5. There is no option for repair or removal and I cannot reinstall unless
the old program is removed. A search of the hard drive for the missing file
was unsuccessful. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

This a file for Logitech Mouse, try to remove/uninstall the driver and
Reinstall the latest version for your mouse.
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\itchfltr.sys

If you can't uninstall it from Add/Remove then the installer is corrupt.
Try this tool:

or try to delete it manually and remove all traces for it and run Check desk
and try the new driver.
