error message

i get the following error message every time i logon:

RUNDLL
Error loading irprops.cpl
The specified module could not be found.

what can i do about this?
i started getting this after i upgraded to xp
professional from the home version.

any help is appreciated.

the file referenced would appear to be the infrared

properties in the control panel,check for drivers from
the oem for the infrared ports.
