error message

Hello,

I'm not sure if this is the right newsgroup to post this question in. I
have Windows XP home edition. When I am shutting the computer down, I am
receiving the message ccSVCHst.exe-Application error. I am wondering what
that error message means and how I could correct this. Thank you for any
help.

Do you have any Symantec Products installed? That file is associated with
Symantec. You might want to check Symantec tech support or
uninstall/reinstall the program.
