Error Message!!!!!

HI there.

Am trying to enter a form on an access database created in
Access 2000. When i click the form box it comes up with a
message saying "You cant carry out this action at the
present time" and then allows me to do nothing in the
database.

The database is on network and can be used by mulitple
users at the same time, but the error happens if there are
many people in it, or only one.

Any ideas what is causing this and how to sort it out.
