error message when launching Outlook

Everytime I launch Outlook, I get the following erro message:

CiceroUIWndframe: Outlook.exe--Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point GETUMS could not be located in the dynamic link
library MSART.DLL

I hit "OK" and the message reappears. This happens four or five times. Then,
on the final hit to "OK," the message goes away and Outlook opens. The
program seems to run correctly from this point on, so this porblem is
primarily an annoyance. However, I hope it is not indicative of a more
serious problem. Any help will be much appreciated.

This has been posted in the newsgroup many times in the past and you should
always consider using Google Groups to search for your probelm prior to
asking.

For many instances of this problem, installing the latest MDAC from
Microsoft has cured it.
