Error message when I right-click "My Computor" & choose 'properties'

I receive the following message when I right-click "My
Computor" trying to bring up the multi-tabbed 'System
Property' window. "Rundll32.exe Entry Point Not Found".
Inside it basically states that
RemoteAssistancePrepareSystemRestore could not be located
in the dynamic link library WINSTA.dll.

Up to now, I've never seen this happen. I recently went
into 'msconfig' and 'unchecked' a couple of line items that
I didn't need to be started during power-up. They were
mostly items involving 'RealPlay', 'InCD', Opware12',
'FBDirect', and 'qttask'. After I acknowledge the error
message, my 'System Property' window appears and can be
used without error? Any suggestions or previous experiences
seeing this?

This may correct the problem (posted earlier):

RUNNING SCANNOW:
The following assumes you have an actual XP CD as opposed to a restore CD or
restore partition supplied by your PC manufacturer.

Go to Start, type sfc /scannow in the run box and press enter. Note, there
is a space between sfc and the forward slash. You will be asked for your XP
CD. Be aware, upon inserting the CD the XP setup screen may appear, this is
not a part of sfc /scannow, rather it is being invoked by autorun. Simply
minimize the screen and allow sfc to continue.
