I saw where someone else needed help on this before, and no one helped. I hope
that doesn't happen here.
I put some games on my computer when I bought it. I had these games when I had
Windows 98, Windows 95, and before. They worked in all of them. They have been
working on this computer with no problem. I and my grandchildren have been
playing these games a lot, and all of a sudden I get this message:
16 bit MS-DOS Subsystem
C:\WINDOWS\System32\autoexec.exe.nt. The system is not suitable for running
MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the
application
This doesn't make sense if I've been running these programs without any
problems, and all of a sudden it stops?
Could someone please let me know why this happened, and if I can rectify this?
My youngest grandson is really sad he can't play certain games.
Any help would be appreciated.
