error message - possible corruption - unable to update display

When I try to run one of my reports I am getting an error message which says
there isn't enough free memory to update the display, close any unneeded
programs and try again. The report will not run.

I have tried all of the following:
Closing all other programs
Compact and repair the data base
Copy rename and paste the report
Reboot my system.

No luck. This error first appeared yesterday, and I was able to (it turns
out temporarily) solve it by opening the report in design mode and moving
stuff around, deleting a label or whatever. I then saved the report and it
ran fine. THis is not working today.

I have run this reports with no problems for several months. What has
changed? I am worried about corruption!? How do I check. I have looked at
the code and complied it with no problem, although for a while yesterday I
was getting an error message that the VBA had a corrupt whatever... I then
went and pulled up a backup version of the database. This corrupt message
stopping appearing, but the unable to update display is.

This is very unsettling. Alot of work has gone into developing this
application. We are using it more and more, and I need to have confidence
that it will consistently work. HELP

Thanks
