Dear Sir or Madam:
I receive an error message that the file PMCPL.cpl is not
found when I start up windows. I think this may be
related to a different problem that I have had trying to
install new software. After near completion of
installation, a message appears stating that I must
insert Windows XP Home Edition cd to continue. I don't
have the cd since my system is a Toshiba and the OS was
preinstalled (just have three recovery cd's that won't
work either). Do you know of any solution to this
problem?
