Error Message on Startup

Can anyone pleeeease help?

My other PC displays the following message upon Startup:

'This Error message has been initiated by NT
Authority/System.

The system process 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\isass.exe'
terminated unexpectedly with status code 128. The system
will now shut down and restart.'

The message has a countdown timer and shuts the PC down
after about 50 seconds.

The PC does not allow me to access any files or go into
anything on the startup menu.

Anyone got any suggestions - please Email me.
