Every time I try to access the Internet Explorer, I get
this error message that says, "Internet Explorer has
encountered a problem and needs to close. We apologize
for the inconvenience." Has anyone else experienced this
problem? I have contacted the manufacturer of my
computer (Gateway) and they were of little help. Thanks
in advance if anyone has some info to share! KW
